Private AI meeting notes for work that can’t go to the cloud.
Some conversations simply shouldn’t leave the room. Zolash is a local-first AI notetaker: it records, transcribes, and summarises entirely on your device, with no bot on the call. For professions built on confidentiality, that architecture is the difference between a helpful tool and an unacceptable risk.

The difference isn’t a policy. It’s the path your data takes.
Most notetakers upload your conversation to their servers to process it. For regulated and sensitive work, that round trip is the risk. Zolash never makes it.
Zolash — everything stays on your machine
No meeting content leaves the boundary.
Cloud notetakers — the round trip you don't control
Your content becomes their cloud data.
One product, many practices
Be present. Zolash takes the notes.
Whatever the conversation, the value is the same: no bot in the room, a clean summary and full transcript the moment you finish, and a record that lives on your machine. You stay focused on the person in front of you — Zolash handles the writing, privately.

Questions, answered.
What makes Zolash suited to sensitive or regulated work?
Its architecture: the recording, transcript, summary, and AI all run and stay on your device. Because meeting content never leaves your machine and never reaches us, there’s no vendor cloud copy to expose — which is exactly what confidential work needs.
Do you make compliance or certification claims?
No. We make architectural guarantees rather than certifications — data stays local, nothing is uploaded, we never receive it. Teams with strict requirements use that as the basis for their own assessment against the frameworks that apply to them.
Is a bot ever added to my meetings?
No. Zolash captures your computer’s own audio, so nothing joins the call and nothing appears in the participant list. We recommend informing participants that a meeting is being recorded.
Which professions is Zolash built for?
We’re launching with pages for lawyers, therapists, financial advisors, healthcare, and engineers — but any work where conversations shouldn’t go to the cloud benefits from the same local-first architecture. More solutions are coming.
