Nothing to configure. Nothing to upload.

The on-device model sets itself up
On first run, Zolash downloads its meeting-tuned model once. After that, transcription and summaries run entirely on your machine — no keys to paste, nothing to configure.
Then it works offline
Once set up, recording, transcription, and summaries need no internet at all. The only things that ever use the network are a license check, opt-in calendar sync, and exports you trigger.

Install questions, answered.
Which platforms is Zolash available on?
Zolash runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux. Download the build for your platform above; each installs like a normal desktop app.
Do I need to configure an AI model or paste an API key?
No. The meeting-tuned model is built into Zolash and downloads once on first run. There are no keys to paste and nothing to wire up — it works out of the box, and then offline.
How much disk space does it need?
Zolash itself is a lightweight desktop app; the on-device model adds roughly a couple of gigabytes, downloaded on first run. Your meetings are then stored as local files on your disk.
Is anything uploaded when I install or record?
No meeting content is uploaded. Your recordings, transcripts, and summaries stay on your device. The only network activity is a license check, optional calendar sync, and any export you trigger yourself.
How do updates work?
Zolash updates itself through its built-in updater, so you always have the latest version. Updates never touch your meeting files, which remain local and yours.
